The Mix is all about new and old friends paired with fresh food daily. Award-winning soup, savory sandwiches & just grilled veggies are served with passion and a desire to delight each and every guest. The Mix Café is well-known for being comforting and creative through the guidance of founder Betsy Ferguson and owner/Chef Jesse Martinez. Menu items are prepared daily from scratch like the decadent "Beast" flourless chocolate cake, fall-apart Dr. Pepper pulled pork sandwich, and classic sides like homemade sweet potato fries, and grilled sprouts.

Our team is filled with service oriented individuals who will take care of all the details. Our chefs can prepare a wide variety of meals that will complete any theme or atmosphere.
We are pleased to announce our newly expanded seating area and private party place. The Party Place offers friendly and comfortable booth seating for both small and large gatherings. There is no charge for private use of the Party Place for food and beverage orders over $100 per hour.

Catering
We are an approved Baylor caterer since 2013 and deliver free of charge for orders over $100. 10% to 20% gratuity is customary. We are budget friendly catering for the small office party or the large scale events. Minimum orders of 25.
Food Truck
Reserve our food trailer today for any special event: graduation, birthdays, surprise parties, retirement, focus groups, team building, or just plain FUN.
Our food truck has traveled to every corner of Waco and we love customizing our menu for your special guests and venue. To reserve your time and location for The Mix Food Truck, a refundable$500 deposit/guarantee towards event sales is required. If total sales receipts of your event surpass $500, your deposit will be refunded in its entirety. Menu choices include any items from our everyday menu in any combination. Generally a reduced menu is best.
